For a long time, we felt organizations were not ready for us… hashtag#theindiandream .Not ready for the true data transformation, much less democratizing it for all. hashtag#conversationalanalytics.
Because they have not fixed their data pipeline. They are still juggling with media channels, hashtag#ERPs, hashtag#Excels and hashtag#CRMS manually to extract data every time they needed analytics.
These are established companies, getting analytics that is
1. Costly
2. Time-consuming
3. Inefficient
4. Incurring lost opportunities for all the data left unassessed.
